Logan-Hocking Industrial Park

Logan Hocking Industrial Park

The first Industrial Park in Logan and Hocking County was developed by the Hocking County CIC in the 1960s. Recognizing a need for additional land for commercial and light manufacturing development, Hocking County has developed a second major industrial park in the northwestern section of the city of Logan. The 50-acre Logan-Hocking Industrial Park offers great opportunities for mixed-use development. Three tracts have been sold. A 25,000 square foot warehouse/manufacturing/office building has been constructed in the park. Hocking College Energy Institute is adjacent to the Park

Features:
  • 50 acres for mixed-use development
  • Full services with water, sewer, natural gas and electric
  • Easy access to US Route 33
  • Enterprise Zone
  • Foreign Trade Zone — save on imports and exports
  • CRA — Community Reinvestment Area qualifies for tax abatements

ADDITIONAL ACREAGE

Additional acreage is available for commercial development. Water, sewer, natural gas and electric service are available, adjacent to site.
